century?

Two independent producers from Shipsboy (Poland), Joanna Szymanska and Krystyna Kantor, will
discuss their strategies on how to expand from a couch in your living-room to running a team of six
from an office overseeing Warsaw’s downtown. This journey will be told from a unique perspective of a
Central European country, where cultural politics can change overnight and role of a creative producer is
being redefined on a daily basis. The meeting will be tongue-in-cheek in tone and style but we will 100%
seriously focus on real-life struggles, tools and strategies that we have implemented in selecting our slate,
our teammates and our goals.
