The seven C's of effective communication:

Introduction:

 Completeness
Provide all necessary information/ answer all the question
asked/ give something extra, when desirable.

 Conciseness
Eliminate wordy expressions/ include only relevant
material/ avoid unnecessary repetition

 Consideration
Focus on “you” instead of “I” or”we” attitude

 Concreteness
Use specific facts and figures/ put action in verbs/ choose
vivid or image building words

 Clarity
Choose precise/ concrete words

 Courtesy
Use expression that show respect/ use non discriminatory
expressions.

 Correctness
Check your work for spelling, figures, dates and names
mistakes, etc.
