1. Executive Summary:Just 2 years before I had started a business in soft drinks from Kolhapur city present in the Maharashtra. As soft drinks are very much famous and demanded in todays young generation. In March 2009, our company had launches first soft drink in various flavors and also we observed that there was a decent demand for these drinks. At the beginning of year 2010 we establish our name decently in the market. There are many competitors are present in the market regarding the same product. It was very difficult for us to make our name as brand in the current market. But because of the good services and quality product, we easily overtook the whole market. Our strategies are only to bound the customers and make them habitual of our product. In June 2010, we establish our new branches in many of the states of country. In this dense competition we acquire lot of market segments. Some controversies create hurdles in front of our success. But it would not affect our growth much. As peoples in India are fed up of using same kinds of products. So to increase our profit level, in April 2011 we are going to launch a special energy drink which maintain their constant body temperature and provide some extra energy. This idea was known to few peoples in the company, as it was a secret. But some of the colleagues in the company robbed business trick and ideas and make the deal with the competitors. So this is leading to a deterioration of the company.

3. Product and services:As we are going to launch our new energy drink in April 2011, but because of the some unfaithful persons in the company, these ideas and our business tricks are known to our competitors. Besides all these issue, we are going to keep our product and service same. But now there will be differences in the strategies in launching and manufacturing the product. But also, we are going to add some of the features in our product. Like, we are now launching our product in different flavors of fruits in the different states of India. This product will help people in maintaining their energy in this tremendous heat of sun as well as they will get different flavors according to their tastes.

4. Marketing Plan:As our colleagues had robbed our business tricks, so we have to change our marketing strategy completely and also have to make a new efficient and effective marketing strategy. As there is a dense competition for the same in the market and also the competitors are familiar with the previous business trick, so it is necessary to launch our product with new strategies.

Product: - Concept of our product is same i.e. it is an Energy Drink. But, as this was known to our competitors, so it is needed to implement new strategies for our product. It is means that we are going to differentiate our product in terms of packaging, features, quality, safety so on. Pricing Strategy: - Previously we are launching only 500ml bottle and charging Rs15 for the same. But now we are launching different sizes of the bottle for our energy drink. The pricing objectives are somewhat different from previous one. Now we are charging Rs 12 for the 500ml bottle and Rs 20 for 1ltr bottle. So it means that we are charging less prices high quantity and reasonable prices for low quantity bottles. We are also using a plastic bottle which reduces our whole production cost. Promotion Strategy: - As in this line there is a dense competition in the market. So it is very important that we have to use effective promotional strategy. Before we are only depending on the advertisements, but now after the robbing of our plan we are made some changes in the promotion strategy. Now with the advertising we are focusing towards sales promotion and publicity also. As in the big cities Radio listeners are more in numbers so we use this for promotion of our product. We also decided to sponsor various stage shows and spots activities.

5. Manufacturing Plan: - Previously our manufacturing plan was simple, straight and flexible. But after the robbery, we have to change our plan. Now we are using and implementing new technology in the company for manufacturing of our new product. Our strategy is that we are making our manufacturing system more flexible and automated. This will reduce somewhat labor cost and will improve the quality of product and also provide fast services for fulfilling the demand of the customer. Though this technology includes high cost, but it will be charged one time and also it is needed to improve quality of product and services.

6. Conclusion:As this above plan is refined plan of previous one. This is done because of some of the thefts in the company who leaks the new ideas of the company. Now this above plan seems to be effective as it contains some innovative strategies. As there is a dense competition it is very difficult for the company to create demand for their product in the market. Company has to use different strategies and also it is needed to implement them more effectively, so that company will be in profit for long time.
