ingredients
2 egg white
95g almong flour
85g powdered sugar
75g white sugar

filling
buttercream

procedures
1. mix almond flour and powdered sugar
2. whisk together egg white and white sugar on mid-low speed to melt sugar
3. mid-speed until large bubbles are gone
4. add food color
5. mid high speed until waves become clear and until stiff peaks
6. using hand mixer mix dry ingredients and meringue together
7.if the texture can form a ribbon without cutting, put it on piping bag
8. pre-heat oven to 120c
9. oven drying (open door) 90c-120c for 2-3 mins
10. bake for 140c for 15mins
11. oven shower (open door) for 2mins
12. add filling
