This document proposes a low-cost laser light security system using a laser, light dependent resistor (LDR), buzzer, battery, and other basic electronic components. The system works by emitting a laser beam that is detected by the LDR, keeping the buzzer silent. If the laser beam is interrupted, such as by an intruder's movement, the buzzer will sound an alarm. The system can be customized through the use of mirrors to detect motion on doors, windows, or valuable indoor objects. It provides a cheap solution for home, business, or museum security.

of us. We hesitate to leave our home alone when we are going out because there is fear of theft in our minds. All of us have most of our money, precious items, jewellery etc. In our houses. Today if we are even in the house or are sleeping even then there is chance of robbery. We have to be alert to prevent thefts. So, I present an idea of Laser light security system. It is very cost efficient and also worthy; I'll explain it further. The range of this security system is 15m to 50 meters. The range depends on which laser you are using and in which condition. Let's take green laser for example If we use it in low light than about 30 feet and in high light it will be decreased to 19 feet. This system is not only for house use, but also can be used in places like museums etc. The working of this model is too simple. It consists of Buzzer and ‘LDR’ (Light dependent resistor). When red, violet or green laser is fallen on LDR it stops the noise of buzzer otherwise the buzzer would be buzzing on its full volume. We can upgrade the buzzer and battery to make it louder. As I said earlier it is very cost efficient because the whole mechanism literally costs about $1 or ₹90-100 depending on where you live. The system contains a BC547 TRANSISTOR, 2.2K OHM RESISTOR, BUZZER, LCD, 9v BATTERY and a BATTERY CONNECTOR. The costing is as follows: - 1. BC547 TRANSISTOR- ₹10 2. 2.2K OHM RESISTOR-₹13 3.Buzzer-₹30 4.LCD-₹17 5.BATTERY-₹20 6.CONNECTER-₹5-10 WE WILL BE USING SOLDER! SO DO UNDER GUIDAICE OF PARENT/GAURDIAN To make this circuit or model first we have to take our bc547 transistor and then connect our resistor on the C and B terminal of it. After that we have to connect any one terminal of lcd to the B terminal. Now take up your buzzer and attach positive and negative wire to it. Then attach positive side of your buzzer on E terminal and negative side on the buzzer. After this take your battery connecter and attach positive side to the B terminal and negative side to the terminal of lcd which is connected to buzzer AND congratulations you have successfully made your laser security system. To test it out connect the battery to the connecter and if it starts beeping the project is successful but if the volume stutters or it does not beep then u must have messed up somewhere. To use it we have to switch on the laser and have to point it on the lcd, make sure the system is on. The moment you put laser on lcd it will stop buzzing and if you put any object or your hand between the connection it will again start buzzing. Hence, working. Transistors like bc547 is used for switching purposes and current amplification. Resistors are mainly used to limit the current flowing in electrical or electronic circuits and I already told you about the work of lcd and buzzer. It is very safe as no shocks could be felt. We can attach a switch and a box to it to up upgrade it even more. There are a lot of ways to enhance the performance of this system. One such way is by using mirrors. We can reuse some small waste mirrors or broken mirrors to enhance the performance of our system as mirrors reflect laser light very good and as real as it is real. There are many combinations to arrange the mirrors according to our needs. We have to arrange them according to what type of security we want for example: - If we want only gate security that if anybody opens door it starts beeping, then we have to simply attach a mirror on gate, laser left or right and the system vice versa. Another example: - If we want all outdoor safety, so that no body opens any door or window, we have to attach the mirrors on windows and doors accordingly so that it starts from the laser and end on lcd. The last example: - If we want the indoor security so that no indoor things are moved (used for places like museums) we can arrange mirrors carefully and accurately on each item and object again that it start from laser and end on Lcd. All the examples show connection in laser and lcd. If somebody touch any mirrors the connection to the lcd would break thus resulting in beeping of the buzzer. This is not just a system for security it is very multi-functional. I will explain you it by another 2 examples. 1). Nowadays, students are very naughty they sometimes or rarely bribe the watchman or they are sleeping so they easily pass of a gate. So, we can use this to avoid it too.by several combinations of mirrors explained earlier. 2) Some new drivers have sleep problems that can cause accidents. So, we can attach system on desired location of our sitting position and then a micro laser on a glass then wear it normally and boom! Done. There are so much to do with it besides security. But initially it was made for security purposes. Thanks for reading and giving a small part of your precious time.
