Sub: Complaint Against Builder namely Emaar India Ltd formerly known as Emaar MGF Pvt
Ltd.
Dear Sir,
Refer our previous letter dated 12-5-2022 , through that letter we draw your kind attention
towards the various lapses/irregularities by the above named developer in respect of the
Group Housing Colony namely Emerald Floors Premier at Emerald Estate Sector 65 Gurgaon
developed by M/s Emaar India Ltd (Formerly Known as Emaar MGF Land Pvt Ltd. ) vide
Licence No. 6 of 2008 File ID LC-1050. Apart from my previous letter dated 12-5-2022
recently builder Emaar India Ltd/CFM issued a email dated 10-502022 , according to that
communication builder/Community facility management restricted residents car/vehicle
entry in the society who don’t have RFID/sticker. On the other Hand builder is
selling/allotting the Surface Car Parking illegally to various residents in lieu of delayed
possession charges. I sincerely request you to kindly take necessary action against the
builder. (Copy of the email dated 10-5-2022 which is self-explanatory is attached herewith.
