decisive advantage to policymakers, warfighters, intelligence professionals, and first responders.
Select Accomplishments:
❑ Recently promoted to Pay Band 4
❑ Directly supports current and ongoing crises through standardized communication for the Aeronautical Office,
contingency plan development, after-hours support, and non-standard data and product dissemination.
❑ Responsible for developing and implementing the Aeronautical Navigation Office’s customer outreach program
and initiatives including, but not limited to, communication plans and talking points, webinars, newsletters,
articles for publication, tradeshow and event attendance, development of printed marketing materials, and
verbal and written briefings.
