ECO PROJECT – ENGLISH LANGUAGE 2022/2023

Deadline: 12th of December (Every group must have their project ready by Monday, 12 th of
December. The order of presenting of the groups will be chosen randomly throughout the
classes of that week)
Working groups: 5 to 7 per class (depends on students in class)

PART ONE: Please describe the background information for your topic. Present the main ideas,
facts and general information to the rest of the students. This part can be copy pasted but
make sure you paraphrase the sentences so that you can clearly understand and present them!

PART TWO: How do schools around the world deal with the given topic/issue?

 Are there campaigns for raising awareness? How are they done?
 Is there a project that is done in a specific school?
 Are schools cooperating with the government/NGOs/other schools?
 Good practices in ERASMUS and/or other projects?
Note: Focus on research of schools in the UK, US and European countries.

PART THREE: What can we do regarding the topic in Korchagin?

 Can we create an awareness raising event? What would the best way be?
 Is there a chance to mark a day during which we have activities on the topic?
 Can we have guest speakers during class? Or visit organizations dealing with the issue?
 Can we have a bigger project as the ones you research in part two? Why yes/no?

Note: The project can be presented in any form you wish – PowerPoint, Canva, Short video,
Animation, Picture board, Story board… You have creative freedom in this part.
