Occupants: Regina is a 50 year old woman and is an Associate Broker in Residential Real
Estate and works from home. She has two dogs that spend most of their time indoors and also
has three children. The oldest in college that currently lives at home and is 19 years old. An 18
year old who is about to move out for college and a 16 year old in high school that plays
volleyball.

Special Consideration: Regina has an 18 year old who is about to leave for college in a couple
of months. She also has a 19 year old who is going to move out in 1-2 years. She also has two
dogs who are old and spend a lot of their time sleeping.

Lifestyle: Regina has a casual lifestyle. She works full time from home but would like to include
more of an active lifestyle in her daily life.

Hobbies: Regina likes to workout and do yoga.

Space to be Designed: Great room.

Entertaining: Casual, want a room where everyone can visit, eat and everyone is comfortable.
She also wants a place to work with natural light and a fireplace.

Daily activities for the space: Home office with natural light to work, relaxing, social area,
watching t.v.

Favorite colors: Neutrals with splashes of primary colors red, blue, yellow. Secondary colors
orange and green.

Room impressions: Comfortable and inviting

Favorite materials: Oak, quartz, marble, granite, oil bronze, brushed nickel, matte gold.

Desired style: Regina wants a comfortable style. She wants her room to look inviting where
people can sit down and socialize. She doesn’t want it to be too comfortable where guests or
family members are visiting for too long so she can have the space to herself to work.

Items to Keep: Regina wants to keep her sofas and her coffee table.
Schedule: Complete by November

Problem-Statement: More seating area. Regina feels that there could be more of a seating area
in her current space. She thinks it would be a good idea to add another sofa for entertainment and
social purposes and to also get a smaller table for her dining area for this to be possible. She
would like to keep the amount of seating at the dining table the same or decrease it by very little.
She wants places for her dogs to be comfortable to sleep on such as the couch and rugs.
