Reflective conceptualization in the empowerment of the teaching learning
Learning is what we seek as a student and as a future educator we want to give our
students learning that help them understand easily, and make the students know their own
ability and capacity to do things that they are good. Making that happen will only empower
teachers and give them the result of their hard work.
As a future educator I want to empower teaching learning, I want student or children to
learn from me and help them know their capability because I believe that as a teacher, that is
the main purpose for us teacher and that is part of being a teacher, we mold students and they
also made us improve. Teaching learning is very important for students like us because its not
just teaching, you teach learning and that only happen if the teacher is capable on bringing our
minds knowledge. But it’s not just teaching, we empower students to learn also and give them
advices and make them feel comfortable while learning.
I want students to learn while they also make fun of learning, I want them to feel like
learning is not hard and if you felt like its hard them, I will tell them that they are free to ask me
anytime because the learning always start by the teacher and an effective teacher make the
students learn, not just in school but also in life.
