2 oz blanco tequila (Cazadores)
¾ oz orange curaçao (Cointreau)
1 oz lime juice
¼ oz agave nectar
Shake, strain over one large ice
cube + Tajin rim.
Paloma
2 oz reposado tequila (Cazadores)
½ oz Cointreau
2 oz pink grapefruit juice
½ oz lime juice
¼ oz agave syrup
Shake, strain over ice cubes + top
with 3 oz seltzer. Garnish with
lime wheel + straw.
Dos Besitos
1 oz blanco tequila
1 oz reposado tequila
¾ oz pineapple juice
½ oz lime juice
¼ oz agave nectar
Shake, strain. No garnish.
Lupita
1 ½ oz reposado tequila
½ oz mezcal
½ oz apricot liquor
¾ oz lime juice
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Shake, strain. No garnish.
La Penicillina
2 oz reposado tequila
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz honey ginger syrup*
Shake, strain over large ice cube;
add splash (¼ oz) of mezcal.
Rob Roy
2 oz scotch
¾ oz sweet vermouth (Antica
Formula)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Stir, strain. Garnish with 2
brandied cherries on pick.
Whiskey Highball
2 oz scotch
6 oz cold seltzer
Stir scotch with ice to chill, then
add seltzer. Lemon garnish.
Polly Special
2 oz scotch
½ oz Cointreau
½ oz pink grapefruit juice
Shake, strain. No garnish.
McQueen
1 ½ oz scotch
1 ½ oz mezcal
¼ oz agave nectar
2 dashes orange bitters
Stir, strain over one large ice
cube. Grapefruit garnish.
Penicillin
2 oz scotch
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz honey ginger syrup*
Shake, strain over large ice cube;
add splash (¼ oz) of Islay scotch.
Honey Ginger Syrup
Blend 3 thumb sized pieces of
ginger + 6 oz water. Fine strain
into bottle, add 6 oz honey.
