Lemon garnish. ¼ oz agave syrup Shake, strain over ice cubes + top Polly Special with 3 oz seltzer. Garnish with 2 oz scotch lime wheel + straw. ½ oz Cointreau ½ oz pink grapefruit juice Dos Besitos Shake, strain. No garnish. 1 oz blanco tequila 1 oz reposado tequila McQueen ¾ oz pineapple juice 1 ½ oz scotch ½ oz lime juice 1 ½ oz mezcal ¼ oz agave nectar ¼ oz agave nectar Shake, strain. No garnish. 2 dashes orange bitters Stir, strain over one large ice Lupita cube.
