- Directly executing technical staff: 02 people
b. Water and compressed air cleaning team
- A team of workers consisting of 3-5 people
c. Pile bottom mortar pumping team
- A group of workers for mortar mixing and testing activities comprising of 3-4 people
- A group of workers for operation of pump, repair of execution machinery & equipment: 2 people
- A group of workers for connection & installation of pipes as well as cleaning of equipment: 4
people
3.4. Working procedure:

a. Cleaning of pipes with air compressor

- To direct air hose to pipe bottom to blow out water and sediment from pipe (pressure of 4 to 6 atm
is used)
- To finish pile bottom cleaning process and to start pile bottom mortar pumping process.
b. Mortar pumping

1. Preparation of mortar
- Mortar consists Portland cement, PC sr 40 Ha Tien cement, SIKA Intraplast Z- HV and plastiment
96 additives as well as water
- To mix mortar with mixer (100kg cement + 34,7 litres water + 0,8 kg Intraplast Z- HV and 400 ml
plastiment 96). The water must be tested before making the design mixing (using the same water
for concrete work). The time for mixing mortar within five minutes and execute duration for one
times around fifteen minutes . the trial mix will be proceed before start permanent work.
- Mortar sample is taken in standard form 5 x 5 x 5 cm, at least 9 sample sets per working day
Strength of mortar sample after compression reaches grade 30 Mpa , according to ASTM C39
2. Mortar pumping process
- To direct pumping hose to the bottom of ultrasonic pipe, to pump mortar to fill the pipe to level of
pile cut, pumping pipe is taken up gradually till pumping work finished.

3.5. Acceptance process for pile bottom mortar pumping

- Acceptance of pile bottom blowing and washing with water in combination with compressed air
- To carry out acceptance of pile bottom mortar pumping work.
