UNDERSIGNED ACCUSED, SPOUSES RICHARD M. GAMERA and ROSELL C. GAMERA, unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully states THAT: . 1. The hearing of the above-captioned case was set on February 13, 2023 at 8:30 AM. 2. However, the undersigned accused hereby, regretfully inform this honorable Court that we cannot attend the said hearing because some personal health, we are afflicted with influenza and high blood pressure and is now under the medical care of Dr. Brian Allen Gomez A copy of the physician’s certificate under is hereto attached and marked as Annex “A”.
