The most fascinating impact of the Tourism and Hospitality industry is how it gives people opportunity
to have wide range employment that has given a part of the 9.8% GDP that made world’s economic
aspect expand. Due to the different sector, it has made jobs not only with tourism sector but in other
sector as well.

Economic: Tourism leakage

Solution: Local purchasing and staying local are two of the simplest approaches. By purchasing local
goods, booking local lodging, and dining at local establishments, import leakage can be avoided.

Environmental: Pollution

Solution: Promote a waste management system to tourists, tourism industry should build awareness
around issues and spur of waste infrastructure improvements. We must take steps to decrease the
quantity of waste we produce and practice proper disposal if we want to keep the beauty and health of
the locations we visit.

Solution: In order to address the many-sided effects of tourist growth, governing bodies should take a
comprehensive approach to destination planning. By striking a balance between authentic and staged
