Subject: DESIGNATION OF LIAISON FOR EACH OFFICE.

In line with our efforts to fast-track and streamline government transactions, the
Department Heads/ Heads of Offices are hereby directed to designate at least one (1), but not
more than four (4), Liaison, preferably those holding a plantilla position.

The designated Liaison shall primarily serve as a focal person for every disbursement
transaction duly-processed at the Accounting Office from their respective offices such as, but not
limited to, procurement requests, non-procurement requests, and special transactions (payroll,
and liquidation of fuel).

Relative thereto, the following information for the designated Liaison must be transmitted
through email for consolidation at digos.ocacct1081@gmail.com on or before February 1,
2023, to wit:
