It is rare to see a Shared Administration Program implemented in the world. As a result of a
private-public contract, Peru, a Latin American country, demonstrated the importance of and
effectiveness of people working together for the community through the local government
Vision of project:
The purpose of this program is to demonstrate the importance and effectiveness of people
working together for the community and empowering each member individually to take part in
reduced, and better health outcomes can be achieved. People will have the best chance of
developing sustainable solutions if they are involved in identifying and defining their health
community empowerment (Thompson et al., 2016). Social determinants of health or SDH create
barriers to health services. In a Social determinant of health, individuals are assessed for their
cultural, economic, and social differences within the community. As a result of social
participation in these services, the quality of the services is improved, equity is strengthened, and
