AFFIDAVIT OF NO OBJECTION

I, LADY JAMAICA BALINTAG of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Salinungan

East, San Mateo, Isabela, after having sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state
that:

1. I am one of the buyer of the portion of land owned by the late Primitivo Sia situated at
Gaddanan, San Mateo, Isabela containing an area of One Hundred Twenty-Two
Thousand Five Hundred Seventeen (122,517) square meters;

2. The heirs of Primitivo Sia through their attorney-in-fact Ma. Dhayvy Ann G. Puyat
requested for the cancellation of Plans Psd-(af)-02-039084 and Pcs-(af)-02-005170 with
the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Regional Office 02;

3. In compliance with the directive of Engr. Marcos G. Dacanay, Assistant Regional

Director for Technical Services, I have no objection to the cancellation of the survey
plans Psd-(af)-02-039084 and Pcs-(af)-02-005170;

4. I have executed this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to
support the request for the cancellation of survey plans Psd-(af)-02-039084 and Pcs-(af)-
02-005170 and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
