1) Good morning/good afternoon Mr/Ms……………Sorry to disturb you. This

is…………….calling from Lavmore Enzo Medicare. It’s a heart screening centre
located at Section 8, Petaling Jaya

2) We are calling to invite you and your family for a FREE heart screening test
known as Blood Vessel Analysis & Live Blood Analysis (LBA) test in
conjunction with the “Covid Awareness Campaign” held at our centre. By the
way Sir/Madam, may I know if you have been diagnosed & recovered from
Covid-19 previously. If Yes, then you are strongly recommended to attend this
free screening test to know on your current immunization level of your body.

3) So, we are inviting Sir/Madam with your spouse if you are married or if you are
single, you can bring along your parents (max 4 pax only)

4) In addition, you will also receive a Wellness Holiday Package (3 days 2 nights)
for 2 adults based at Janda Bai (worth RM1000) as a complimentary gift for your
attendance for the free screening test.

5) Blood Vessel Analysis is a non-invasive method which does not involve surgery,
needle pricking, blood taking, and fasting is not required either.

6) It is a visual kind of test which scans one of your left-hand ring finger through a
microscope with some ointment and you will be able to visualize the condition of
your heart on a screen directly. The whole procedure takes about 1 hour which
includes the consultation regarding the:
a) Blood circulation level of your heart
b) Content of toxins in your heart
c) Early symptoms of heart disease and blockages in the heart

7) LBA is simple, quick, and accurate. With just a simple drop of blood drawn
painlessly from your finger, the test can indicate:

 Helps to indicate the immunity level of a person at the earlier stage to

prevent the infection of Covid-19 Virus.
 Condition of your red and white blood cells
 Acid/Alkaline balance in the body
 Bacteria, parasites, candida/yeast/fungus
 Undigested proteins and fats
 Evidence of hormonal imbalances
 Folic Acid, B12 and iron deficiency
  Uric acid crystals and risk of gout
 Poor circulation, oxygenation levels

8) Those who are not advisable to undergo the LBA test are:
 Pregnant mothers
 Children aged 12 years old and below
 Patients with pacemaker

9) If you are keen, you can come in for the test as per the schedule:
*Thursdays to Sundays: 10am to 7pm

9) LBA test is given FOC to both husband & wife on weekdays and to one of the
couples (either husband or wife) during weekends.

10) So, sir/madam, can I know whether u prefer to come on a weekday or a weekend.
For booking purposes, can I know your age, marital status, and your occupation
please. Thank you for the details. By the way sir/madam, can I also know if you or
your spouse are a credit card holder as the criteria for this month’s campaign is for
the credit card holders. Previous months we offered the free test to the government
servants, bankers, and income earners below 5K without any charges.

Important Note:
Once customer reveals that he/she is a credit card holder then you may proceed to
inform the customer that we will not charge or swipe their credit card. Upon
arrival, the customer needs to flash/show the credit card if required by the
receptionist and to state he/she is a credit card holder on the registration form for
the criteria verification purpose only.

11) Criteria:
Chinese/Malay/Indian
Married: aged 35 and above (follow husband’s age) (compulsory to attend
with the spouse)
Single: aged 35 and above (can bring along parents max 4 pax)
Retired: (with credit card)
