Warrants into Equity Shares

Further to our letter dated July 15, 2021 and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable
provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures
Requirements) Regulation, 2015 read with circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September
9, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has today issued and allotted 22,85,35,500
equity shares of Rs. 10 each, fully paid up to Reliance Infrastructure Limited, upon exercise of
its right to convert the equivalent number of warrants held by it, by conversion of existing debt to
the extent of balance 75% of the issue price. The aforesaid equity shares shall rank pari passu
in all respect with the existing equity shares of the Company.
