MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT EMBODYING RUSLIN FOUNDATION’S

COMMITMENT TO SUPPORT DEL GALLEGO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

This Memorandum of Agreement is entered into this 26th day of August 2022 in Poblacion
Zone III, Del Gallego, Camarines Sur by and between:

The Del Gallego National High School, with School Identification Number 301966, a Public
Secondary School, with principal address at Poblacion Zone III, Del Gallego, Camarines Sur,
represented in this Agreement by its School Principal, Dr. LOURDES S. SEVILLA, Filipino, of legal
age, hereinafter referred to as the “SCHOOL”;

And

The , one of the school external stakeholders under the

laws of the Republic of the Philippines, Del Gallego, Camarines Sur, represented in this Agreement by

hereinafter referred to as the “EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDER”,

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the Department of Education of the Philippines, hereinafter referred to as

“DepEd”, is the primary government instrumentality mandated to formulate, implement, and
coordinate policies, plans, programs and projects in the areas of formal and non-formal basic
education, supervise all Elementary and Secondary Education institutions, including alternative
learning system, both public and private, and provide for the establishment and maintenance of a
complete, adequate, and integrated system of basic education to the goals of national development;

WHEREAS, the DepEd has the obligation to provide free primary education and promote the
safety and well-being of its students;

WHEREAS, the EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDER recognizes that for the successful

implementation of the objectives and the promotion of the ideals of the DepEd and the School, the
Commitment to support the latter by the former is necessary;

WHEREAS, as gesture of support for DepEd and the School, the EXTERNAL
STAKEHOLDER agrees to provide projects, if not assistance to future projects to be identified by the
school, as well as activities to be organized by the school;

WHEREAS, the SCHOOL, and the EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDER, hereinafter collectively

referred to as “PARTIES”, undertake to collaborate towards development of the Del Gallego National
High School by promoting peace and security inside and outside the premises of the school, and
improvement of the School to be a better venue for learning and with the best interest of the students;
 NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the PARTIES herein
agree to work together for the goal of creating friendly, safe and beautiful environment for learners of
Del Gallego National High School through the following undertakings:

A. The EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDER shall:

1. Provide funds, if not, financial assistance to all future projects of the School including but
not exclusive to minor repairs, building of school fence, building and repair of school stage,
beautification projects, creation of pathways, and the like;
2. Provide for manpower or human resources to the identified projects of the School;
3. Support the School in its activities; and
4. Assist the school in maintaining peace and security inside and outside the school premises;
5. Vest the ownership of the project/s to the school upon its completion and execution of
certain formalities.

B. The SCHOOL shall:

1. Identify project and activities that are relevant and necessary, and that will be actually and
be exclusively used for purposes of developing a school of peace, warmth and learning;
2. Assist the PTA in the planning and physical configuration of the projects specifically the
preparation of documents relative to the realization of the project; and
3. Provide a support mechanism to the PTA for the continued viability of the projects pursuant
to its goal and objectives.

EFFECTIVITY

This agreement shall hold from the date of its approval until the expiration of the term of office
of the Officers comprising the EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDER.

The EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDER and SCHOOL reserve their respective rights to terminate
their participation in the agreement after the duration of this Agreement through formal written notice
within thirty (30) days before the effectivity of the termination. Termination shall be subject to the
mutual agreement between the parties.
