NOVENA TO GOD THE FATHER

(pray for 9 days or 9 hours straight)

God, my heavenly Father, I adore You, and I count myself as nothing before Your Divine Majesty.
You alone are Being, Life, Truth, and Goodness. Helpless and unworthy as I AM, I honor You, I
praise You, I thank You, and I love You in union with Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Savior and our
Brother, in the merciful kindness of His Heart and through His infinite merits. I desire to serve
You, to please You, to obey You, and to love You always in union with Mary Immaculate, Mother of
God and our Mother. I also desire to love and serve my neighbor for the love of You.

Heavenly Father, thank You for making me Your child in Baptism. With childlike confidence I ask

I ask that Your Will may be done. Give me what You know to be best for my soul, and for the souls
of those for whom I pray.

Give me Your Holy Spirit to enlighten me, to correct me, and to guide me in the way of Your

SANDALS OF ST. ANTHONY MIRACULOUS NOVENA

For 9 Tuesdays, light a candle over this prayer and pray: 5 our Father’s, 5 Hail Mary’s, % Glory
Be’s. When finishing this prayer, blow out the candle and keep it in store for the other Tuesdays.
On the last (9th) Tuesday, let the candle burn to the end.

Ask for two requests very difficult to be fulfilled and one request for your general improvement.
Every Tuesday you will distribute 3 copies of this Novena. If you do not have anybody to give
copies to, leave them in the church by the image of Saint Anthony, if possible otherwise leave the
copies in the church.

O Holy St. Anthony, gentlest of Saints, your love for God and Charity for His creatures made you
worthy, when on earth, to possess miraculous powers. Miracles waited on your word, which you
were ever ready to speak for those in trouble or anxiety. Encouraged by this thought, I implore of

The answer to my prayer may require a miracle, even so, you are the Saint of Miracles. O gentle
and loving St. Anthony, whose heart was ever full of human sympathy, whisper my petition into
the ears of the Sweet Infant Jesus, who loved to be folded in your arms, and the gratitude of my

compassionate love for thy Crucified Jesus that thou couldst obtain form Him whatsoever thou
askest, on account of which all confidently have recourse to thee, expecting, if not always relief,
at least comfort; be propitious to our petition, showing thy power with God on behalf of thy
suppliant; be lavish to us, as thou hast been in so many wonderful cases, for the greater glory of
God, for the spreading of thine own devotion, and for the consolation of those who trust in thee.

Saint Therese of the Child Jesus, during your short life on earth you became a mirror of angelic
purity, of love strong as death, and of wholehearted abandonment to God. Now that you rejoice in
the reward of your virtue, turn your eyes of mercy upon me, for I put all my confidence in you.

Obtain for me the grace to keep my heart and mind pure and clean like your own, and to abhor
sincerely whatever may in any way tarnish the glorious virtue of purity, so dear to our Lord.

Most gracious Little Rose Queen, remember your promises of never letting any request made to
you go unanswered, of sending down a shower of roses, and of coming down to earth to do Good.
Full of confidence in your power with the Sacred Heart, I implore your intercession in my behalf

THANKSGIVING PRAYER

Heavenly Father, we thank You for having given us this opportunity to spend time in prayer and
thanksgiving to You our Merciful God. We thank You for having given us the gift of life. We thank You for
our families, our friends and all who constantly reflect Your love and mercy to us. We thank You for the
infinite love You have shown to each one of us; Your love dear Father is our hope, it is due to this
