Explanatory note:
The Constitution of the Club enables the members in general meeting to remove from office any
director, directors or the whole of the Board (rule 28).
The Constitution also enables a specified minimum number of members to require the Board to
convene a general meeting to consider a resolution to remove any director, directors or the
whole of the Board (rule 31).

I, the undersigned, hereby call upon the Board of the Club to convene a general
meeting of members to consider, and if thought fit, pass the following resolutions:

[1] In accordance with rule 28.1(a) of the Constitution, the whole of the Board be
removed from office.

[2] In accordance with rule 28.1(b) of the Constitution, the following members of
the Club be appointed as Directors of the Club for the remainder of the current
term of office:
(i) Roger Butler OAM
(ii) Sudeep Gohil
(iii) Bruce Marich
(iv) Mark O’Keeffe
(v) Carl Petrou

Note: Resolution [2] is a single resolution and not five separate resolutions.
