The Vodafone Executive Search (VES) team is dedicated to managing executive hiring and assessment
processes across the Vodafone ecosystem. We believe in the pivotal role that executive leadership holds in
driving Vodafone’s success, values and purpose. We are trusted executive hiring partners for Vodafone’s
leadership community, assisting the evolution of New Generation Telco leadership together. By joining the
Vodafone executive search team, you will play an active role in creating the future of Vodafone.

The team is in a period of growth and is expanding its size and scope across almost all global locations. As
part of this expansion, we are seeking to hire a Knowledge Analyst to take an integral role in the team. This
is a multi-faceted role, supporting both Researchers and Recruiters with 360 knowledge of the external
market and providing insights to formulate innovative solutions and make informed decisions at speed.

Role Responsibilities:

 Mapping and identifying external talent via pipelining projects; building external talent pools and
diversity pipelines (particularly in response to succession gaps).
 Partner with Researchers on search strategies/target company lists and external benchmarking
projects. Take notes during stakeholder briefings when you participate in these.
 Research products and technologies and understand which companies deploy/ sell these and in what
manner and configurations.
 Produce market intelligence insights, competitor analysis and partner with Internal Data
Management to provide data-rich reports and insights to enhance senior stakeholder understanding.
 Produce quarterly newsletters/trend reports identifying business area themes, trends and people
moves; ensuring to stay ahead of industry/market changes.
 Contribute to building our database by tracking and capturing individuals in target
markets/functions.
 Direct involvement in thought leadership - providing critical insights and information to Co-Heads
and other VES team members during the creation of global thought pieces/whitepapers.
 Grow and develop function-specific domain knowledge to enhance team success at speed.
 Build strong partnerships with our team members across the Global Team.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

 At least 2 years post-degree working in a multinational large-scale organisation.


 Experience of working in a scaled global organisation

 A high level of initiative, and intellectually curious with the ability to digest information quickly and
summarise key insights/findings.
 Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet stringent deadlines.
 Ability to produce high-quality, insightful documentation for senior stakeholders and the VES team.
 Strong customer centricity mindset, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
 Expertise in MS Office (including PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and formal presentation methods
