1. What is Research? Research is a methodical process of inquiry that includes data

data and information in accordance with appropriate procedures established by
particular academic and professional disciplines.
2. Why is Research Important? Curiosity is what drives it; when we get curious, we start
asking questions and engrossing ourselves in learning everything there is to know.
Education is booming. Without curiosity and inquiry, development would stall, and life as
we know it now would be entirely different.
3. How is Research conducted? An inquiry-based process called conducting research
entails formulating a question, acquiring data, assessing the evidence, coming to
conclusions, and disseminating the knowledge discovered.

This project aims to give the benefits of internet shopping to customers of a physical store. It
allows you to buy things in the shop from anywhere on the internet using an Android device. As a result,
the client will be able to shop online and have his favorite store brought to his home.
Until recently, all of these delivery orders were placed through the application. An online
ordering and reservation of services immediately resolve this issue, enabling the owner and staff
to focus on other tasks rather than answering the same emails and phone calls over and over.
What we will offer is an online ordering system with service reservations, which is a strategy for
ordering shop online that is suitable for any small business ordering online with service
reservations in the industry. The key advantage of our system is that it substantially simplifies
online ordering, including service reservation, to make it easier and more convenient for both the
customer and the owner. Customers do not have to stand in line or hurry because of the method.

Zhamilla Enterprise Corporation is known in the area, when it comes into services, they don't
have reservations for their customers, only those who come to the store first will get service
depending on the customer what date and time they want to be serve

The general goals include developing an online ordering and reservation system to
facilitate well-organized online ordering for Zhamillas Enterprises Co. services. A reliable,
convenient, and exact ordering and reservation system is created in this study.

Assuring the fulfillment of the customer's actual order in the store can be difficult for
them, but manipulating orders for the customers can be done quickly and easily by simply
touching those gadgets, which also allows them to simultaneously select their desired order
and make a reservation for services.
