DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES ATTENDING PERSONALITY TEST BEFORE

BOARD IN RESPECT OF COMBINED COMPETITIVE SERVICES EXAMINATION, 2021.

1. You should bring the following certificates/documents in original along with a photocopy of each duly
attested for verification in the Commission’s office on the day of the Personality Test.
a. Hard Copy of the Combined Competitive (Mains) Application Form.
b. Original Matriculation or equivalent Certificate as mentioned in Rule 12 of the CCE Rules, 2018
containing Date of Birth certificate (with a copy thereof) issued by the Board.
c. Degree or equivalent examination along with Mark-sheet and other higher qualifications
certificates in original issued by the University concerned (along with a photocopy of the same) for
verification. Internship Completion Certificate for MBBS Degree.
d. Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Socially & Educationally Backward Classes/Pahari
Speaking People & Economic Weaker Classes (RBA,ALC,SLC,PSP, EWS) Certificate in Original
(with a copy thereof) in the prescribed form issued by the Competent Authority of the
District/Tehsil to which you belong. The certificate should bear Office Seal as also Designation
Stamp of the issuing authority.
e. Domicile Certificate of J&K (Certificate issued by Competent Authority).
f. Physically Handicapped Certificate with Sub-categories (with a copy thereof) issued by the
Competent Authority (Applicable for candidates claiming Physically Handicapped status).
g. Two passport size photographs taken recently (photograph without glasses taken not before
01.06.2022) and one of them should be self-attested.
2. Please note that even if you are declared successful on the basis of the result of the Examination, you will
not be appointed unless you are found to be eligible, inter-alia, in terms of the relevant Rules.
3. Mobile Phones, Cameras, Bluetooth, Recording device, i-pads, pods, palm tops or other electronic or
communication devices are not allowed inside the premises of the J&K Public Service Commission. Any
infringement of these instructions may entail cancellation of the candidature and disciplinary action
including ban from future examinations/selections. The candidates are advised in their own interest not to
bring any of the banned items to the JKPSC premises, as arrangements for safekeeping cannot be assured
and those will not be allowed to be carried inside the Commission’s premises.
4. No person alongwith the candidate is allowed inside the J&K Public Services Commission premises.
5. Covid 19 Instructions:-
a. Wearing of face mask & sanitizing of hands are pre-requisite.
b. Candidates will be subjected to Thermal Screening before being allowed entry in JKPSC premises.
c. Self-declaration that candidate is not having any symptoms of Covid -19.
d. If he/she has symptoms he/she should intimate in advance. Gloves, shield, sanitizers shall be
provided to the candidates outside interview room.
e. Social distancing of two meters is mandatory throughout from entry to exit in the J&K Public
Service Commission premises.
6. Please bring this e-Summon Letter with you when you come for Personality Test and report at venue of
personality test, mentioned in the e-Summon letter at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled time.
