1.1.1.1 Purpose of The Project Quality Management Plan

The Quality Management Plan has been prepared to aid in the administration of projects by
outlining specific responsibilities and detailing the methods by which those tasked with carrying
them out will be held accountable for their performance. It also offers a structure for monitoring
progress to pinpoint problem areas in traffic analysis.

In project life cycle, It specifies who is responsible for what, how decisions are made, and what
resources are allocated to a project, among other things related to quality.

During the planning stage of a project, a QM strategy is formed. The project manager and team
members should read this for better performance in order to carry the plan further.

2 QUALITY PLAN OVERVIEW

2.1 tasks Managers and project staff of quality assurance play an important role in the economy
by ensuring that objects/traffic analysis statistics are acceptable in all markets. They establish
quality control and quality assurance strategies and ensure that the activities are proper or equal.
They also aid in improving production and profitability by cutting unnecessary activities.

(QUALITY MANAGEMENT)
Project quality management of traffic analysis on high streets has to work on the quality
assurance of the Project team, timelines, and Project budget, where all stakeholders collectively
do the planning, doing, checking, and acting to improve project quality standards.
In the following sections, we will outline how each practice category will be applied to this
project so that quality standards may be defined, monitored, and controlled.

3.1 QP (Quality Planning)

For the quality planning on a traffic analyzing project, Establishing the quality criteria for the
project, including how to conduct an analysis of the project traffic and which requirements
should be kept in mind, is crucial. Also, determining who is responsible for what in terms of
quality on your team.
The manager and team members are the ones who demonstrate excellent management. Establish
the criteria that must be met to accept each delivery and get the necessary permissions for your
strategy and start working on it.

3.2 Quality Assurance

An inspection of a sizable cross-section of the state's construction projects is carried out by a
group of seasoned engineers using a protocol that has been established. Standard rating forms
need to be filled out to provide an accurate description of the temporary traffic control seen at
each project. Implementing a quality assurance program may significantly increase the quality of
the analysis of work-zone traffic.

3.2.1 Evaluate Project Quality

The project quality analysis aims to evaluate the current quality levels, like the current data
gathered by traffic analysis on high streets, and identify any required modifications to the quality
management system for them.

3.2.2 Enhance PQ
Project Quality can be improved by making an improvement list based on quality assurance and
control. This improvement plan helps to boost the performance and efficiency of the traffic
analyzing method.

3.3 CONTROL (QUALITY CONTROL)

Monitoring and controlling actions after the improvement plan can control the quality
management system and helps to deal with the outlined standards in analyzing traffic.
