 Are women better teachers than men?

Diferrent people will give you different responces to this point from their
own characters, emotional concerns and educational backgrounds. As for me,
women are better teachers than men. They are naturally equipped with skills to
handle kids in the emotional and educational way. With all of this they are
preferred to have better discipline for students than male teachers because of
their personality and demands.
Firstly, women have a great ability to understand students’ mental and
emotional needs, they have a better understanding of child’s psychology.
Teachers not only teach you a subject, also they can to help you to solve the
problem with you. Everyone knows that students who are at the teenager
ages, often have some problems and irregular behaviors. Women teachers
have mother instincts, they are born with empathy and high emotional
quotient unlike male teachers, that’s why they know how to approach students
in an appropriate way. For example, studies also shows that male teachers
have less emotional support for their students, most of the male parents also
don’t know how to have a correct relationship with their children ,so this is one
proof of that women are better teachers than men. Relationship is important
between students and teachers.
Secondly , if teacher and student have good relationship, students have more
respect, And they feel obliged to learn more and develop themselves in a
better way. Most of the women teachers can inspire their students in a correct
way, with the help of their relationship and encourage them more to be better
professionals of their future job. Female teachers know how to express their
soft and strict side when it is needed. They change their attitude and mood
depending on what kind of approach is appropriate for their student in that
moment, That is why they are fond of discipline and ask their students to study
better. At the same time, the student feel good and are ready for proper
development. Male teachers only have light relationships with students and
demand such discipline where finally student do not enjoy learning, and these
results decrease the level of their education. That is why a woman is a better
choice to be a teacher.
From what we have discussed above we may draw a conclusion that women
are better teachers than men. Therefore, they are naturally born for this
proffesion, because they know how to support their students and have
positive influence on their mental and educational life.
