Human Resource Management is an organization's entire planning, organizing,

staffing, directing, and managing. They are in charge of recruiting and managing employees
within a corporation. HRM assists employees with anything they require. They are the ones
who are in charge of the employees' rights, as well as providing benefits and incentives to
the workers. Finally, Human Resource Management provides training for newly hired firm
members to guarantee that they are well equipped and adapt to the organizational setting.
The first key function of human resource management is staffing. This is the process
of analyzing, recruiting, selecting, training, and placing qualified personnel in specific job
responsibilities. It entails conducting a job analysis and hiring the best applicant. The
purpose of a job analysis is to describe the job criteria, such as skills, qualifications, and work
experience. The critical day-to-day functions must be specified and detailed, since they will
determine the future course of action when recruiting. Employee hiring, on the other hand,
is one of the core functions of human resource management. HRM seeks to hire and retain
competent and efficient personnel in order to meet the company's goals and objectives. All
of this begins with selecting the best personnel from a pool of applicants and qualified
candidates. An HRM assists in sourcing and identifying the best candidates for interviews
and selection. The candidates are then subjected to a thorough screening process in order to
select the most qualified candidates from the number of applications. The screened
candidates are then subjected to various interview rounds in order to test and analyze their
abilities, knowledge, and work experience for the job post.
The second main purpose of HRM is employee training and development. A critical
duty of human resources is to provide effective training and to ensure the proper
development of selected individuals. After all, the organization's performance is determined
by how well personnel are trained for the job and what possibilities for growth and
development exist inside the business. HR's duty should be to guarantee that new workers
acquire the company-specific information and skills needed to perform their duties
effectively. It improves the overall efficiency and productivity of the staff, resulting in better
business for the corporation.
Strategy management is a vital component of human resource management and is
an essential component of every organization. Human resource managers monitor methods
to ensure that the corporation fulfills its business objectives while also making significant
contributions to corporate decision-making, which includes appraisals for current employees
and projections for future ones based on business needs. HR is also the agency to approach
if a professional conflict arises between employees. They ensure that difficulties and
conflicts are handled effectively by assessing the matter objectively and encouraging
constructive discourse to find a solution. Furthermore, they assist employees in
understanding various strategies of establishing fruitful professional relationships, as well as
the need of not allowing personal judgment to influence their actions.

The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly altered our country, the world, and each of
our lives. Not only have we suffered tragic loss of life, but many others have lost their jobs or
worked in dread as vital front-line employees. The way we work has radically changed as a
result of it all, and the epidemic is still changing the connection between employer and
employee. While some people can work from home and create a "new normal," others are
obliged to do greater physical labor, working longer days and more hours. Nonetheless, it
appears that people on both sides of the working divide find work more stressful and
difficult than before.
One company that took care of their employees during the COVID-19 outbreak is the
Yildun Enterprises in Solsona, Ilocos Norte. It is a local company that began a decade year.It
was before a small business which is only a retailer and they rent a store to sell their
products and as time pass by the owner pursues to have a well lived life and to become a
successful businessman in the future and at the present moment, Yildun Enterprise is one of
the distributors of feeds and other farm supplies in Ilocos Norte. The company also buys
crops and have their own rice mill which they are also a registered rice seller and distributor.
Throughout the outbreak, Yildun Enterprises took many precautions to safeguard the
safety of its employees. The corporation supplied staff with a location to stay in order to
prevent viruses and encounters with other people. The company set up a sanitizing station
before they showed up for work and equipped them with enough supplies to endure the
pandemic. The corporation also provided safety precautions such as face masks and alcohol
to protect personnel when delivering products and engaging with customers. The
organization also builds social distancing to avoid dealing with the public. Furthermore,
throughout the outbreak, Yildun Enterprises implemented a flexible leave policy for
employees who required time off to care for themselves or family members. Recognizing
that the epidemic may be causing additional stress and anxiety for employees, the
organization also provided mental health support and services. One of the most admirable
things that the company has done is to provide relief supplies to the employees' families in
order to express support and care for the families afflicted by the epidemic, particularly the
impoverished. The company's profitability has reduced as a result of the pandemic, but
Yildun gave regular updates and transparency to employees on the company's response to
the outbreak and how it might affect the business.
Overall, Yildun Enterprises took a comprehensive approach to taking care of its
employees during the COVID-19 outbreak, offering both practical and emotional support to
help them through a difficult time. The company's actions demonstrate a genuine
commitment to the well-being of its employees, which is a key factor in building a strong
and resilient workforce. To get the quote from the CEO of one of the biggest banks in the
Philippines, “We realize that our success depends on the quality of our people, the efficiency
of our systems, and the strength of our organization. Hence, we shall continuously invest in
our human resources to ensure a service force characterized by the highest standards of
dignity, probity and professionalism” (Metrobank).
