1.0 PURPOSE
To provide the methods in which to provide Customer selected custom finishes from one department to the next
based upon finish methods
2.0 SCOPE
All orders with paid for custom finishes including those that unique to OEM such as Agilent (LSCA-Gray).

4.0 DEFINITIONS, ACRONYMS, ABBREVIATIONS
Customer color: a applied powder coat finish outside of standard catalogue RAL or finish availability
Zinc Primer: a rust and corrosion prohibitive zinc-based primer that is applied to steel cabinets expected to endure a
high moisture or caustic environments.
Two tone: any product consisting of 2 or more applied finishes.

6.0 PROCEDURE
POWD-CUSTOM COLOR sku: shall be used for ordering powder colors or finishes not on hand.
POWD- PRIMER sku: shall be used for high moisture or corrosive environments to prevent rusting
POWD- TWO TONE sku: Shall be used for instances where more than one color is applied. will also be used if
more than two colors are selected and must be charged by finish for completed unit.
Ex: If a Workbench is to have a black matte frame with red uprights and white shelves, there would be two
"POWD-TWO TONE" charges for that configuration per bench as there are now three colors to apply.
