1. Your way isn’t always the best
way
2. You have to know and admit
when you’re wrong

goals, walking a team
through the steps
required, and
achieving those goals
collaboratively.
It involves the ability to
begin a task
independently.
It is a student’s ability to
complete work in an
appropriate amount of
time.
Developing cultural competence
in working with others by
recognizing and respecting
cultural differences and work with
others from a wide range of
cultural and social backgrounds.
