INSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS
Sponsorship exclusivity in the segment (by sponsoring the PRESENTS quota, your
company gains exclusivity in the segment in which it operates, as a guarantee that
there will be no other companies from the same segments sponsoring the event;
presents: Brand in the event’s media communication (newspaper, magazine, billboards, radio, publipost and exclusive post);
Sending exclusive e-mail marketing from the sponsor to the event’s mailing;
Brand on the event’s official website with a link to the sponsor’s website;
Right of access to special content for the sponsor’s website, including interviews,
Photos and opportunities with artists and related personalities in the Festival;
Right to purchase branded content-material built together with the event’s organization.

TICKETS
Right to 1,000 passports for the event;
Right to make promotions with the invitations, in agreement with the sponsors;
Right of access to special content for the sponsor’s website - including interviews, photos and
opportunities with the artists and related to the Festival;
Right to include the sponsor’s presentation text in the official program of the event.
Right to show a 1-minute advertising film on the big screen of the event’s main stage before the lectures;
Right to show a 1-minute advertising film on the big screen of the 11 FS stage, before the panels;
Right to a 72m2 space at the Business Fair + 18m2 space in the outdoor area for brand experience actions with its own production team
coordinated with the event’s production team;
Right to distribute sampling promotional material in the event, with the team

Right of activation distribution of gifts in the VIP area, with its own promotion team sponsor, coordinated with the event’s production

visual prominence equal to the other MASTER sponsors of the event;
Right to use the brand in sponsor pre-events, approved in agreement with the organizers.
Brand in the event’s media communication (newspaper, magazine, billboards, radio, publipost and exclusive post);
Sending exclusive -email marketing from the sponsor to the event’s mailing;
Brand on the event’s official website with a link to the sponsor’s website;

Right to display a 30” advertising film on the main stage screen, before the lectures;
Right to display an advertising film of 30” on the big screen of the 11 FS INSIDER stage, before the panels;
Right to a 45m2 space at the Business Fair + 18 m2 in the outdoor area for brand actions
Experience with its own promotion team, coordinated with the event’s production team;
Right to distribute promotional/sampling material in the event, with a sponsor’s own promotion team, coordinated with the event’s
production team;
Right of activation and distribution of gifts in the VIP area, with its own promotion team, coordinated with the event’s production team;
EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY
NFT brand activation (to be defined with the event’s production) with cost and production of the organization of the event.

TICKETS
Right to 350 passports for the event;
Right to make promotions with the invitations, in agreement with the organizers;
Right of access to special content for the sponsor’s website – including interviews, photos and opportunities with artists and
personalities related to the Festival.
Right to show the brand’s 15-second film on the big screen of the main stage, before the lectures;
Right to show the brand’s 15-second film on the big screen of the 11 FS INSIDER stage, before the panels;
Right to a 36 m2 space at the Business Fair for brand experience actions with the promotion team own, coordinated with the event
production team;
Right to brand activation in space for “GOLD QUOTA” sponsors with 4.5 m2 for each sponsor “GOLD QUOTA“ in the main entrance of the
event.
The sponsor’s own promotion, coordinated with the event’s production team;
Right of activation and distribution of gifts in the VIP area, with a promotion team from the sponsor, coordinated with the event’s

sponsors of the event.

Sending exclusive marketing e-mail from the sponsor to the event mailing.

‘SILVER’ QUOTA (8 QUOTAS)
Right to 27m2 at Business Fair for brand experience actions with its own promotion team, coordinated with the event production team;
Right to distribute promotional/sampling material in the event, with a team of sponsor’s own promotion, coordinated with the event’s
production team;
Right of activation and distribution of gifts at the entrance of the Convention Center, with sponsor’s own promotion staff, coordinated
with the event’s production team.
INSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS
Association of your brand to the event’s brand, as a sponsor of the Support quota and with visual prominence equal to the other sponsors
of the Support quota of the event.
Brand in the event’s media communication (newspaper, magazine, billboards and radio);
Right to distribute promotional/sampling material in the event with the sponsor’s own promotion team, coordinated with the event’s
