Don’t you think today’s class was extremely interesting?
Yeah! It was great I didn’t know that much about the first living things on the planet…
like… that these microscopic beings, bacteria appeared about 3.5 billion years ago…
I didn’t know that cyanobacteria were the ones that released oxygen to the
atmosphere!!!
I never imagined that only bacteria inhabited out planet for millions of years.
And plants??? I did not know that they started growing on land before any other living
thing…
They were like mosses without any flowers… when did they appear?
Like 470 million years ago…
What about amphibians? They were fish that adapted to live on land and evolved into
reptiles…
Reptiles came from amphibians… they were many sizes, even though they shared the
same main characteristics…
Let´s wait for the next class about dinosaurs… I am really looking forward to it!!!
