A Spanish Fandango dance comes from the fishing town of Lingayen in Pangasinan
Following their good catch, the fishermen usually celebrate by drinking wine and dancing spree with lighted lamps on the
hands, swininging and circling, the dancers move gracefully and lively in this vernacular “Oasiwas”
