Explain: One major fallacy about IO’s or International Organizations is that  they are merely
amalgamations of various state interest.

An organization created by a treaty or similar agreement is referred to as an "international

organization". An international organization has its own international legal personality and being an
international instrument. There are hundreds of IOs, ranging in size and scope from enormous IOs like
the UN to smaller IOs such as the European University.

Give the importance of NGO’s.

NGOs provide a venue for people to connect over mutual interests and cooperate to achieve shared
objectives. This sense of community may be very energizing and inspiring, and it frequently results in
sustained participation and commitment to social change.

Functions of UN.

promotion and encouragement of respect for fundamental freedoms and human rights for all people
without regard to their race, sex, language, or religion.
