    JOB DESCRIPTION
    ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (DDMAs) (BS-17)

     Coordinate departmental activities and information in the concerned district(s).

     Review the inventory of relief goods and equipment at district level.

     Make sure that sufficient stocks are maintained to meet any emergency.

     Plan and oversee procurement in the concerned district(s).

     Assign tasks to internal teams and to assist district management.

     Analyze hazards/disasters risks and opportunities on day to day basis.

     Monitor the possible calamities and handle any issues that arise.

     Keep a close liaison with PDMA Headquarters to ensure smooth completion of rescue
    and relief operations.

     Proper look after of the available stock on fortnightly basis.

     To put demand of relief equipment to headquarters time to time.

     The recoupment of stock utilized during any calamity.

     Any other task assigned by the Authority on need basis.
