A PROJECT PROPOSAL

Project: Title: A Happy Cakey Hearts” Cake Raffle For A Cause”

Proponents: AES Teachers Club Officers 2023

Rationale: In line with the Angono Municipal Ordinance No.______ about the
School Waste Management System. Our School is facing critical problem about
waste pollution. To minimize the waste the AES Teachers Club come up with
this project proposal. This Project will help to improve and maintain the
cleanliness and orderliness of the Angono Elementary School. The proceeds will
buy a Garbage Bin to put on different building of the school and it will be
labeled as Reduce Reuse and Recycle Bin.

Objectives
1. To Promote Cleanliness and Orderliness in the School
2. To develop a culture habit for Waste Segregation
3. To adopt in the challenges of Climate Change
4. To segregate waste into bio and non biodgradable waste
5. To generate funds for sustainable resources

Timeline:/Duration:
This project will be conducted on February 14 2023 integrated in ESP, Science
and AP Subject Lessons about Waste Segration and Climate Change.

Target Beneficiaries
The primarily benefactors of this project is our School, secondly the teachers
and the students.

Proposed Budget
This fund generating project is selling tickettes for 10.00 pesos each voluntarily

Proceeds
The proceeds of this project is for buying a Garbage BIN to be put on different
building of our school.

Monitoring/Programs/Supervision
Each grade level will go to the School Covered Court and give 20 minutes to
attend the said Raffle and enjoy the booth then the next grade level follows.

The school actvities follows synchronizely

7:40 – 8:00 Kinder, Grade 1 and grade 2 Morning Shift

8:00 -8:20 LSEN/ALS

12:40 – 1:00 Kinder, Grade 1 and grade 2 Afternoon Shift

1:00 – 1:20 Grade 3 and Grade 4
2:00 -2:30 Grade 5 and Grade 6
