DISPERSING AGENT PULMIX® 4033

DESCRIPTION
PULMIX® 4033 is a high-performance dispersing agent in the powder form based on the polycarboxylate ethers (PCE)
of the latest generation.
APPLICATION
PULMIX® 4033 is specially developed for compositions based on different types of cements (including high alumina
cements) used in the industrial and civil construction. It can also be used with the gypsum binders.
It is an additive for the diverse materials for finish floors leveling as well as for repair, waterproof, molding and
construction materials, including those with special requirements to durability.
PROPERTIES
PULMIX® 4033 increases the mortar workability and mobility, improves the most of solid mortar characteristics, allows
to decrease the cement content, to increase the сracking resistance and the self-leveling systems stability, to create a
smooth surface without defects.
Special features of PULMIX® 4033:
 excellent flowability of ready-mixed mortar;
 significant strength improvement of the hardened mortar;
 product’s high heat resistance (in case of sand temperature up to 70 °C);
 flow retention above 120 minutes;
 additional defoaming effect;
 environment safety.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Building mortars of machinery application 0.05-0.5 from the mortar weight
Grouting and castable mortar 0.05-0.5 from the mortar weight

Injection mortars 0.2-0.4 from the mortar weight

PACKAGE
Multi-layer paper bags with the polyethylene liner of 25 kg or big bags up to 500 kg.
STORAGE
To store in undamaged packaging on pallets in closed warehouses at a temperature not exceeding +25 °C. During
storage, the product must be protected from moisture and direct sunlight. Do not allow additional load on the pallet,
store products in one tier. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date.
