1. Basics of Human Resource Management?
When talking about there are 7 basic elements of human resources management that are
considered most important for effective HRM policies:

1. Recruitment and Selection:


Recruiting and selecting employees is very important key element in human resource
management. Because selection really does affect the work in progress. We can adopt
different ways to hire an employ which includes interviews, assessments, reference
checks and other methods.
2. Performance Management:
It is the second most important step in HRM because after the employees are hired, their
performance begins. This element helps employ to perform their job effectively. It
enables them to get a feedback on their hard work which helps them improve their
ongoing performance.
3. Learning and Development:
Learning and Development is another basic of HRM. This helps them to improve their
performance. This helps them increase their opportunities in the long run.
4. Succession Planning:
Succession planning can help the company to save their money on hiring a new employ
rather than a replacement. Performance management, learning and development can play
an important role in succession planning.
5. Compensation and benefits:
This is also an important HRM basic element. This helps in motivating the employees.
There are two types of compensation and benefits, Primary compensation which includes
bonus with monthly salary, and secondary benefits which includes extra holidays, laptop,
car etc.
6. Human resource information System:
This basic of HRM is not considered tools but is more like HRM practices that helps
improve HRM.
7. HRM data and analytics:
This is the last HRM basic and it’s about data and analytics. This helps us to make more
effective decisions.
 Importance of HRM in Aviation.
The importance of Human resource management in aviation is as followed:
1. HRM helps in planning long and short-term objectives for the aviation Industry.
2. It helps in hiring and training of employees and also helps in making new
policies and procedures in aviation industry.
3. It helps in attracting the right people and brand.
4. HRM keeps a regular check on the data and analytics of the aviation industry.
5. It helps to set the company standards according to the aviation industry.

Pilots, flight and ground crews and traffic controllers cannot train for each doable
situation. the present idea involves cross-training staff to confirm the best safety of
passengers and crews. Sound crucial thinking skills is also the simplest defense against
the unknown. whereas staff in aviation should learn specific tasks to with success fulfill
their obligations, this multidimensional approach to coaching permits workers to retort
quickly to changes and challenges as they occur.
