Direction: Arrange the scrambled letters to form a word with the
use of the pictures.

B. Development of the lesson

1. Definition of Terms
Etiquette-is the customary code of polite behavior in society or among
members of a particular profession or group.
Rapport- be kind to the customer/ approach properly

2. Lesson Proper
Room Service- or "in-room dining" is a hotel service enabling guests to
choose menu items for delivery to their hotel room for consumption there,
served by staff. Room service is organized as a subdivision within the
Food & Beverage Department of high-end hotel and resort properties.

3. Reminders

> Observe proper rapport in taking room service
