Sleep Dhikr Steps
1. Make Wudu
2. Recite Surah As-Sajdah
3. Recite Surah Al-Mulk
4. Recite Ayatul Kursi
5. Recite the last 2 Ayat of Surah Al-Baqarah
6. Blow on your palms or dry spit and recite Surat Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, Al-Naas and wipe over all
your body starting from the head. Do this three times.
7. Lie down on your right side.
8. Recite the following Dhikr in order, paying attention to meaning:
[3 times]
9. Say the Tasbeeh; Subhanallah x 33, Alhamdulillah x 33, Allah Akbar x 34.
