Sub: - Letter of Engagement as TRAINEE SALES EXECUTIVE

This is with reference to your application dated 02.05.2022 and subsequent interviews and selection
process you had with us, we have pleasure in engaging you as a TRAINEE SALES EXECUTIVE in our
establishment on the following terms and conditions:-
1. That you will be on training for a period of 6 months from the date of joining. This training
period of six months may however, be extended by another 6 months at the discretion of the
Management.

2. During the period of training or extended periods there of the management reserves the
right to terminate your training without assigning any reason and without notice on
completion of or any time during or before the completion of training period.

3. On successful completion of Training you will be issued a certificate of Training.

4. Your engagement as a Trainee or on its successful completion no right is conferred on you for
absorption in the service of the establishment.
5. However, on satisfactory completion of the training period/s you may apply in writing for a
probationer. The Management at its own discretion and depending upon vacancy may issue, a
fresh appointment letter for probation.
6. You will not be deemed as probationer or confirmed unless you are intimated to that effect in
writing by the Management.

7. You will devote your whole time to the Organization and will not engage yourself in any
business/profession either directly or otherwise without written permission of the Management.
8. You will not seek membership of any local or public body without first obtaining the permission
in writing.
9. You will not undertake to write any examination or course or studies without prior permission in
writing
10. You will not disclose orally or in writing about the manufacturing process, technical know-how,
and security arrangements, organizational and administrative matters to which you will come
across during the course of your training.

 11. That you will be paid a stipend of Rs.10500/- During your training period/s NOTE : - Any
increase or reward given during Training period/s does not mean that your training was
satisfactory.

12. During Training period you will be trained in various skills, which is costing the company. If any
trainee leaves the training or after the training during probationary period the concerned
trainee has to pay the cost of the training.

13. That you shall carry out such assignments, duty and work as may be entrusted to you from time
to time in the interest of training. You shall also be required to come in shift duty.

14. Your Training are liable to be transferred from one place to another and/or from one
department/unit to another either in existence or to be set up in future, anywhere in India,
purely at the discretion of the Management. On such transfer, you will be governed by the
Rules and Regulations and other working/service conditions as applicable at the place of
posting.

15. That you will be to make your own arrangements for accommodation and the company shall
have no responsibility whatever for the same.

16. That your appointment shall be governed by the standing orders, rules and regulations which
may be brought into force time to time.

17. That this engagement is subject to your being found medically fit and continuing to remain so.
You shall appear before the medical officer of the company or any medical practitioner
nominated by the company for the purpose of medical examination and / or health survey
from time to time.

18. If any declaration given or information furnished by you in is false or if you are later found
have wilfully suppressed or withheld any material information, your training is liable for
termination, without notice and such other actions as the company may deem necessary.

19. You are required to learn the job with intent interest, maintain discipline and achieve
efficiency.

20. That this engagement shall be effective from the date of your joining Training. You are
required to report to training latest by/on 02.05.2022 failing which this offer would be
treated as cancelled.

Please signify your acceptance by signing the duplicate copy of the letter.
