“COMMON GROUND”
By: KODALINE
It’s easy to win,
It’s harder to lose
To admit that you’re wrong
When you’ve got something to prove.

You said it was easy

I tell you they are wrong.
So get busy learning,
Are you already gone?

People will tell you

What you want to hear
But the people who know you well
Can make it all clear.

Life isn’t easy,

You got to be strong.
So get busy learning,
Are you already gone?

And all will be forgotten

And we all fall apart,
Yeah all will be forgotten
But the common ground,
It’s a good place to start.
Sure all will be forgotten,
Yeah we will all be forgotten, fall apart.

We will all be forgotten,

But common ground,
Is a good place to start.
Common ground is a good place to start
