Meal planning helps you be more efficient at deciding the quantities of meals you and your family will
consume, and this keeps you from throwing away food. Planning your meals is a great way for you to
reduce food waste and save on your grocery bills while helping the environment. Now if we compare my
family meal pattern from the meal pattern of my classmates, I can say that some of them is we have
slight similarities and others meal pattern is not. Some of them are consuming too much of soft drinks
that I know is really not healthy, while some of them is consuming healthy food and healthy diet. Some
of their choices in meals are not my like, the other one is like vegetarian for consuming too much of
vegetables and it's actually good for everyone to consume too much of vegetables. There are also some
that is not into fuits.
