What is Talent Development

ATD explains Talent Development as efforts that result in employee engagement,


management, development and learning to drive organizational success. It is also a
process and system that provides frameworks and strategies for Learning and
Development.

It is a tool to bring the best human potential to work. It is also a profession that
requires people filled with passion and love to be involved in others’ development. All
in all TD is building the KSA of Talent which becomes the reason for organizational
success and growth.
