School Governing Council

A blessed morning to each and every one. Today is our first meeting for School Governance
Council which is very important to strengthen the role of school stakeholders as partners in
providing learners accessible and quality education, upholding children’s rights, and
promoting respect and well-being in the learning environment to ensure effective
education service delivery for school year 2022-2023.
So, to formally start may I request everyone to please rise for the singing of the National
Anthem and Prayer through Audio-Visual Presentation.

At this juncture, let us hear words of welcome from the one who makes the school be its
own best in the society, our ever-active Secondary School Principal IV, Dr. Judith P.

Now to lead us the election of SGC officers, may I request the very dynamic SGC Designated
co-chairperson, Mr. Jesus Manila Jr.
- Election of Officer –
Thank you, our valued voting council members, indeed we value our partnership with you.
It is anticipated that the SGC shall function as a structure for shared governance and a
feedback mechanism for the betterment of the school. To start this at this very moment, we
shall now proceed to the Oath taking to be led to us by Dr. Judith P. Magsipoc.
- Oath taking –
Congratulations everyone. This is just the beginning of having shared governance and
participative approach in decision-making through decentralization. We look forward to
