Subject: [Action required] Decision needed on lack of delivery drivers

Hi.

I hope you are doing well. As you may know, I am Ada and I am the project manager of Plant
Pals Project.

I would like to bring an issue to your attention. We have installed software to manage new
orders and recently began sending out test deliveries to customers however there are not
enough drivers to deliver on time. So far drivers have delivered only 80% of the orders
successfully.

If we fail to deliver at least 90% of order placed, we will have delay in sending next batch
which could create more issues such as disrupting the project timeline, product quality and
revenue, customer satisfaction/feedback at risk. Already some customers have cancelled their
subscription.

Some ideas that could come handy is to outsource to a company with a good track record of
on-time delivery. I will appreciate if we can meet to discuss these ideas and come up with a
firm decision.
