I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. My name is Odile Roudant Negash and my husband
is Miilion Negash. We are the owners of a tourism business called Tropical Tours and have been working
hard to keep our business running even during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As part of our business, we have invested in Chebera Churchura and have been working to improve our
facilities for our guests. In June 2022, we tried to import three duty-free cars to help us with our lodge,
but due to unforeseen circumstances, only one of the cars arrived in August.

I had to go to France for medical treatment, and my husband was unable to finish the process due to his
responsibilities at the lodge. When I returned from France, I tried to retrieve the remaining two cars, but
the laws had changed and we now require your support to retrieve the vehicles.
