QUOTATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Validity – The said Quotation is valid for a period of 10 days from the date of forwarding.

Price – The above rates are based on the Quantity / Drawings / Specification provided by the Client.
Above Prices are all exclusive of GST.

Taxes - As APPLICABLE

Payment Terms –
a.) Mobilization Advance & Material Advance - 50% of the Amount
b.) Equated interim invoices - The balance 50% of the Amount, to be paid in Equated Interim
Invoices.

Site Inspection – Any Variation in the Scope of Work against which the said Quote is prepared will be
additional.

Warranty - One year from date of bill against any Installation / Constructional defect on Part of
Olympiados Holding Corporation.

Client Scope – Water, Electricity, Labor Accommodation, Site Clearance (Removal of plantation, existing
structures and utilities).
