The Sangguniang Panlalawigan Committee on Finance, Budget, and Appropriations, along

with the Provincial Budget Office and the Provincial Planning and Development Office,
plans to hold an Annual Investment and Local Expenditure Programs Preparation Seminar-
Workshop on 15 March 2023 at the Twin Lakes Hotel, Laurel, Batangas. 
 
The seminar-workshop intends to equip the participants with the necessary knowledge and skills
in preparing the annual investment and local expenditure programs. Having well-prepared annual
investment and local expenditure programs ensures efficient utilization of resources and align-
ment of expenditures with the government's goals and objectives.
 
In connection with this, may we invite the heads and staff members of your budget and planning
offices to the seminar-workshop mentioned above. The cost per participant is 1,500.00 PHP.
This fee is to defray expenses incidental to the conduct of the activity. The remaining amount
will be in a fund shared by the Provincial Association of Budget Officers and Planning and De-
velopment Coordinators.
