Job Title: Business Process Excellence Intern

About the Internship

Puma Energy Mumbai is seeking a Business Process Excellence Intern to join its team for a 2-month
internship program. The Business Process Excellence team is responsible for driving process
improvements across the organization using LEAN framework for process deep dives and low code &
Zero code automation tools which are best in the industry.

During the internship, the intern will have the opportunity to work closely with industry leaders and
implement projects in multiple countries, giving them a great change management experience. The
intern will also learn about exploratory data analysis to find opportunities in process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Business Process Excellence team to identify areas for process improvement and
automation using LEAN framework and low code & Zero code automation tools.
• This will include product roadmap creation, business case sign offs & development and testing
of any technological changes
• Analyze process data and conduct exploratory data analysis to find insights and opportunities
for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and
automation projects.
• Craft scorecards & KPI’s that align to business goals and help making business processes
effective.
• Participate in change management activities to ensure successful implementation of process
improvements and automation projects.
• Present findings and recommendations to global stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• You are a jack of all trades & are extremely hands-on with work
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as LEAN, Six Sigma etc is a good to
have.
• Basic knowledge of coding is a must and experience with low code & Zero code automation
tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
• Available for a 2-month full-time internship.
